Do you want to help people but find them irritating? Buddhist teacher Pema Chödrön explains how we can show up for each other.
This exploration helps us work with the negative emotions that cause us—and others—harm. These emotions are addictive cravings, aggression, indifference, jealousy, and pride. Pema Chödrön shows us how to work with these negative emotions with kindness and clarity.
The weekend includes talks, guided meditations, and question-and-answer sessions with Pema Chödrön. Tim Olmsted guides us in meditation practices that show us how to apply the weekend’s teachings to our everyday lives. Silence is observed from the end of Friday night’s retreat session until Saturday dinner.
