Joy in Everyday Life • Audio Download

$22.95

Recorded at Gampo Abbey, April 2010.

Joy is the second of the four Shambhala dignities, and is related to the discovery of spontaneous discipline and virtue. These everyday life teachings include aspiration bodhicitta contemplations (the four limitless qualities of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity) as well as teachings and contemplations on action bodhicitta (the 6 paramitas of generosity, discipline, patience, exertion, meditation, and wisdom).

The Contentment in Everyday Life class is recommended as a prerequisite for these teachings.
